Dolce & Gabbana Italian Craftsmanship | Event

Good afternoon & happy sunday! 🙂

Last week I was invited to a very special event at the Dolce & Gabbana store here in Prague. It was all about hand-painted personalisation of the iconic Sicily Bag. If I adore anything about this handbag, it is that it’s absolutely timeless and feminine as handbag can be.  No matter what colour it is, it’s so elegant and can be worn with any outfit and it will never look out of date.

A young lady who came from Italy to custom hand paint different Sicily bags spent three full days in the store. So it is only normal that I couldn’t have missed the opportunity to design the bag I wanted. There were many flower options or cute emoji inspired pictures. You could also have a writing with a name/initials or if you wanted to gift someone with a original message. There were different colours to choose from, so you could really go all out and let your imagination flourish.

I picked a deep royal blue colour of the Sicily bag and emoji paintings. I am absolutely in love with the blue, it’s such a rich colour and it looks amazing with the contrasting yellow/gold/blue/white based paintings. Check my instagram to see my bag!

October Random

Good Morning! 🙂

October is over and it’s almost Christmas or at least that’s how I feel. Anyone else? These past weeks and months have gone so so so quick and it’s not okay. I loved the month of October this year, it was so nice and warm outside. Just a perfect month of a warmer fall. I absolutely adore the colours, it’s so cozy and warming. Lilli loves taking long walks in the park/forest and this fall we’ve been really fortunate with the sun. I also went on vacation to Dubai again in October so my fall was really sunny! 🙂 I love going back there during this time of the year. I’ve included some photos from there as well.

Enjoy my October photos! 🙂

Manolo Blahnik – The Art of Shoes

Hello all! 🙂

About a month ago I went to see the very hyped exhibition here in Prague. The Art of Shoes by Manolo Blahnik, who travelled to Prague to set up the exhibits himself and opened it on the first day to the public. My friend was lucky enough to have her pumps signed by Manolo himself because she took her pair of Manolos with her on the day that Manolo was there! 🙂

The exhibition ends on November 12th so if you’re around you should definitely make your way to Kampa Museum and see the dreamiest shoes of all time. The exhibition is pretty big, I didn’t expect it to be so large. There are 212 individual pieces of shoes, all accompanied by 80 original sketches. It’s so nicely set up, you can read about his main inspirations, his life and other fascinations. I loved seeing it and I think each & every woman needs to see it if they love Manolos & shoes in general. I was lucky enough to have seen it my city! Next up after Prague is Madrid. 🙂

I hope you’ll enjoy the photos!
